Customer Service

Who knows what it is anymore?  I am sick to death of trying to call and have to get a remote automated recording of what the problem is, I know what the problem is.  I don’t want to press one for English and I don’t want to waste my time listening to an automated machine.  Case in point, I woke up this morning with no cable or no internet.  Reason was my dog had the cables in his mouth running around the yard.  I knew what the problem was but trying to tell someone at Comcast was crazy.  I needed a technician to come to my house and reinstall the cable to my house.  I still don’t know why my internet will not work, I got a TV working.  I came to work and had a co worker tell me about her experience of having to wait all day when one of the technicians came to her house 3 and ½ hours late. Then they wanted to charge her for something that was not even her fault.  Then he could not understand why she was upset!  I went to a store today and waited and waited in line to buy something.  The cashier had two speeds, slow and stop.  She looked mad at me because I seemed annoyed at the speed or lack thereof of her service.  I mean I don’t expect to be treated like a king but give me a break if I pay for something I want some service.  I deal with a lot of aircrews and they are very demanding.  They always want to leave early and we try to help but everyone has limits.  I get customer service, I just wish some of the companies I have to deal with had it.  Oh well until Next time.
